What is our cast iron cookware made from?
We use 2 ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher, non-GMO European flaxseed oil. All our cast iron is made 100% in-house.
How do I maintain Victoria cast iron cookware?
Hand-wash the cookware using hot water and mild dish soap and dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.
What makes Victoria products unique?
Our cookware is made without PTFE, PFAS, and other “forever chemicals.” It comes preseasoned with flaxseed oil for better-tasting food.
CAST IRON GRINDER: Designed to make grinding a breeze, the Victoria Grain Grinder features a spacious hopper and a double-tin plating to resist stains and corrosion. This food mill allows efficient grinding and creates a consistent texture.
PREMIUM HAND GRINDER: This grain mill grinder features a durable cast iron hand crank with a wooden handle, an easily adjustable clamp, high-performance cast iron discs, and nonslip rubber to protect your surfaces and prevent slipping.
SPECIAL CARE: Our cookware requires special use and care and should never be air-dried or put in a dishwasher. Follow the included instructions for proper care. Our versatile grinder can fit most tables 1/2″–2″ thick.
VERSATILE GRAIN MILL: This grinder can be used as a nut grinder, seed grinder, flour grinder, or coffee grinder. Adjust the screw to easily change the coarseness and fineness. The mill cannot grind materials like whole wheat to a superfine powder texture.
