Why is the noise level so high when I set the temperature to the lowest and the fan to the highest speed?

When the temperature is set to the lowest and the fan is on maximum, the compressor operates at full capacity, reaching up to 85dB. This is normal. To reduce noise, increase the temperature and lower the fan speed once the room cools.

Why is the device’s working noise described as being below 52dB, but I feel the noise is loud when I use it?

The description on the page refers to when you use the sleep mode, and the room temperature reaches the desired level, the compressor temporarily operates. At this point, the noise will drop to below 52dB.

Doesn’t the auto-evaporation system eliminate water drainage?

The auto-evaporation system removes some water, but not all – especially in dehumidification mode. For best results, use the drain hose to route water to a container and prevent leaks.

My windows aren’t sliding windows – they’re casement (open-out) style. How should I install this?
