Why does the seat cushion not fit my chair properly? It seems smaller than expected.
Our chair cushions are U-shaped. However, chair dimensions and shapes may vary slightly between manufacturers. Please measure your chair size and check the chair cushions description for exact measurements before purchase.
I received only one foam insert and cover, but the order should include two. Why is this happening?
To optimize packaging, two compressed foam inserts in one vacuum-sealed bag, with the cushion cover packed separately beneath it.
The cushion foam doesn’t regain its shape quickly after unpacked. Is this normal?
High-density foam may take a few hours to fully expand after vacuum-sealed for long periods. For optimal recovery:
Gently fluff and massage the foam to accelerate expansion.
Allow 24–48 hours in a warm, dry space.
The cushion color looks different from the product images online. Why is there a noticeable color variation?
